There was a macro in v9 that was never properly released may be able to do it, but the better option is to use a format file to export a 12d field file direct from the instrument. CRK will give you the format file file TPS and GPS

Go back into the 12d Help menu and there is another menu towards the bottom called Windows 7. Walk right on this and select the option Microsoft Download Page for Winhlp32.exe for Windows 7. This will fire up a webpage where you can install the necessary software to load the 12d Help files.

From your last post is it the training project you can't get into or your company projects? If it is the training project, then it is likely that your nodes file is kept somewhere other than the default. Look inside the folder C:\12d\9.00 and see if there is a nodes.4d file there. A nodes file is only useful to the dongle it is attached to, so I am pretty sure that we don't install a nodes file at all as there would be no point. OK - what is happening is that your company is using their own env.4d file which is pointing to a location containing their own setup files.
