Some strings seem to disappear when you zoom in to close to them. How do we change this so they dont?

How close? Down to the size of a microbe?

Without data demonstrating, not more can be said.

Just out of curiosity, what linestyle do you have? I find some linestyles disappear sometimes. I normally turn off linestyles or set the offending one to a solid while I play with it.

Also, curious why you're still posting in the practice version section? Have you got access to the rest of the forum?

I should have full access, it just directs me to here every time I log on.
A colleague of mine has sorted it out, there is a culling option in settings with culling size, but thanks for your help.

Oh culling. That should only kick into play when you zoom out, not in.

As so how long is a piece of string? One mathematical argument using recursive fractals says infinite.

So the clip on measuring coastlines.

If the recursive subdivision was allowed to go forever, the answer is infinite.
However, nothing can be shorter than a "Plank Length" so the answer is finite.

It is a great documentary though....

It seems to be unavailable at the moment but I'll keep an eye out for it. Thanks, Alan.
