12d has become a slow frustrating program.

Post by Steven Kennedy »

I have been using 12d since 1996 and I would like to say that over the last 5 years 12d has forgotten the small business user of 12d. If you are not a multi-national company it appears that 12d is not interested in offering support. itr has gotten harder to get advice from 12d, the program has gotten bigger AND SLOWER to the point where it is a very frustrating program to use.
I may be a dinosaur to younger designers but still have a lot of common sense which is very lacking from 12d functions and the younger designers that use it.

Hi Steven

12d supports all customers that ask for help. From what I can see, your forum posts and support calls/emails have been answered.

Is there some questions you have that has not been answered?
What are the details of going SLOWER that you have?

Run this option and press the Email support button. Then email this to me.
Project =>Management =>Dongles => Authorization details
(If you would like some help)
