checked my profile to find a new request for my dongle number, re-entered number which was followed shorty by a verfication email. Logged in again & is all good now

Hi, just a query into this lock out situation.. after a week after activating my account & password i am still locked out..? i have read & gone through the solutions which have been offered to others with the same problem but still no good. Any advice? or is my account still being verified??...
