There are probably many ways to what you are after.

You can do a quantity report on both models.
Report =>Quantities

The Conformance Report may also assist.
Survey =>Conformance =>Pavement report

Can you email me some sample data, your PPF and the output (PDF) you get?

It was there in past versions. Some users were overloading the chain with too much to do, or the chain had problems to start with.

It may make a return in a future version.

Did you try the Error Checker? it is the [!] button on the editor.
I can have a look at your alignment if you email it to me.

As Lee said, we are not aware of any other software have an object like a super tin.

I am not sure if a dwg output of a supertin is just the resulting triangles or something else.

The cloud service has corrupted the project. It is a common problem. These cloud services are not suitable for storing 12d model projects.

You can try Rebuilding the project.
Project =>Utilities =>Rebuild
