Why? If the chainages are irrelevant you could reverse the primary string and the longplot will reverse. Alternatively you could plot to a model and then apply a factor of negative 1 to reverse the image but that might screw with your text. Not sure if you could do something with chainage equalities.

You're in the wrong section. Sorry, couldn't resist. Have a look at your text style particularly the units to see if they are world style or paper style. Paper style will plot a certain size on the page regardless of your plot scale, so 5mm will always plot at 5mm. World style on the other hand are ...

What is an RR file? When you say null vertices, are you trying to locate points with no height on them? If so what do you want to do with them? Give them a height or delete them?
