Short answer: delete file mtf_panel_sizes.4d More dets: every time you use [Finish] to close any panel from the MTF EDITOR the screen size & position is writ to that file as a helper, logic being, if you wanted that panel size/position last time, you probably want it again next time. the logic i...

note there are setting to do 2 pan modes.

I original method was to nominate a point then a view to centre that point. then along came Dynamic which is the same as other cad applications

that can be toggled on / off with a kb d and set permanently to default mode

probably sussed this out already All text properties can be edited inc things like

offset (x)
raise (y)
type (world, paper, pixel)
size
style (/font)
background, whiteout, colour frame(frame style)
rotation
reverse
bold, narrow, outline only
etc

Under Utilities > M-Z > text
