As mentioned in the Sticky note, these files will be shipped with Version 14, However they may be included in your "User" folder now to use with Version 12.

where do I find the documentation on what was changed in these files for PWS?

Hi Sam,

I guess because it is a precursor release to V14 the What's New is not available yet.

I'll get something put together and post a list in the near future.

Names.4d file has been updated to include Hydro codes

If you are looking at the plotters.4d and colours.4d, it is most likely that you'll need the plotter mapping files associated with them, too, from here:
