Offsetting BIM Stormwater Service Chambers

I am wondering if there is a way to offset or create rectangular service chambers which align with the lip line set out point as shown in RMS Standard Drawings. I would like to use the RMS standard drawing setout point to indicate face of pit at kerb lip line rather than just centre of pit.

Yes. Go back to the source water model and edit it with the WNE. Setup a road design file to link a setout and centre string to each kerb inlet pit. Then use Adjust Pit Locations panel to laterally adjust all the kerb inlet pits, relative to the setout string, in one fell swoop.
