V8 Warning for Volumes Reported to the Message Area for Apply Many

The summary volumes written to the message area for the Apply Many in V8 are the volumes from the natural surface (tin) to the design even if you have boxing.

In V7, the summary volumes written to the message area for the Apply Many were volumes from the natural surface (tin) to the subgrade.

If you have boxing then the two are different

In V8, the volumes reported in the file now include all the cases:

(a) Natural surface to Design
(b) Natural surface to SubGrade
(c) Design to subgrade
(d) Interboxing volumes

whereas in V7, only the one volume was reported and you needed to run the Apply Many twice, with and without boxing, to get (b) and (a).

To be consistent, we will look at changing it in V8C1h and again write out Natural surface to SubGrade to the message area.

With the increased width of the Apply Many panel, there is now probably room to write out both NS-SG and NS-D.
