output coordinates of topographic map in text/excel file

Is there anybody know how to output the coordinates of topographic map in the forms of text/excel/word file? I just want to output the map's coordinates, not the alignment.

The coordinates of what on the map? Or are you talking about a bounding box for the map?

the coordinates of every point and line on the map, not just the bounding box.

I output the coordinates by ArcGIS finally
