Anyone can guide me to produce (export) from tin to geotiff extension in 12d

I don't believe there is an "Export to GeoTiff"
Tin can be exported to a DEM elevation file
Tins =>Utilities =>DEMs =>Arc View
you could use QGIS or some online tools to convert the DEM to a GeoTiff
in many case applications that can read GeoTiffs can also read a DEM
something like QGIS should be able to combine rasters jpg/ecw/tiff with DEM files to make a geotiff
However, it would be nice if we could dump a view directly to a GeoTiff file taking the raster from the view image and heights from a TIN
