Importing TMR QLD 12d survey data

I've been supplied with a number of TMR 12da format feature survey files. I am trying to convert these to AutoCAD dwg format, but don't have the necessary mapfile/s for the import/export to ensure that the linestyles, symbology etc is maintained.

I managed to locate a 12d TMR specific customisation online, but this appears to only work on v12 (I only have v11).

Can anyone provide advice as to how I can accurately convert this survey data?
