V8C1n Warning for boxing volumes in Apply Many

Please note that there is a known bug in 12d Model V8 C1n and all earlier version of V8.

In the Apply Many, if you are generating one or both of the following volume types

* Road to Subgrade volumes
* Inter-boxing layer volumes

then these volumes will be incorrect IF your design template starts and stops.

There are two workarounds for this problem:

1) Create separate Apply Many function for each part of the template
or
2) Run the Apply Many and, as a post process, run the created sections through Design->Volumes->End Area->Sections to sections and limit the chainage range to each part of the template

We apologise for the inconvenience and we are now working on a fix.
