Plotting Long Sections to a model

I have been trying to plot a road longsection to a model using the standard lplotppf file, in the tutorial a number of models are created #1,2,3&4 representing different sections of the road but when I do it I only get one view, which goes as far as chainage 300.
Is my ppf file different. I am a new user and probably not yet up to editing these files.

It is probably is creating a number of models - one for each page of the plot.

The view each page, add that model to a plan view.
