Searching for a specific point

Is there a search function when looking for a certain point id. We've got over 3000 points with different point id's is there a quick way to search and isolate a given point ID

If you do a String Inquire you can start by typing P and then continuing to type the point id you want, your chosen point will be conveniently zoomed to and highlighted for you. How's that for service?

And for other point selection fun, once you have a point snap,

Home takes you to first point on string
End takes you to last point on string
-> next point (also up arrow)
<- previous point (also down arrow)

and the information should update.
