Changing the Colour of DIMS text

Hi,

I am trying to change the colour of my DIMS text.
I can change the colour of the arrows and the joining linework via the dimesion defaults but not the text. similarly changing the colour of the model and then doing the DIMS also doesn't work.

Currently it is set to Yellow and against a white piece of paper you can see my dilemma.

Any thoughts?
