Manual method is to go to the output window once that error comes up. It will show chainages (or station not sure what the reference is for Canada) of where they are intersecting. If you click on that chainage it will be highlighted on the screen. You can then split and rejoin.

yep no need to move x or y I got my pipes and tinning caught up in my head at the same time.

Of course we are both assuming your columns are circular...
Any other shape you are looking at a much longer process for 2000!

put into excel
E N RL (top) XX01 (string name)

copy and paste the above (or use formulas) and change the E or N by 1mm.
Do that for all of the columns

E N RL (top) XX01 E N RL (bottom) XX01
E N RL (top) XX02 E N RL (bottom) XX02
etc

copy and paste your bottom RL'd columns and paste them to the ...
