Every thing you have said is correct.

1. It does NOT work using macro manual, same error

2. winhlp32.exe does exist, this is also the file to download.

3. If I double click on exe from 12model\10.00\help YES this works.


So the answer still remains why the menu inside 12D do not ...

I did copy 12D help from C: Drive to D: drive but same ...

Yes I have already as stated loaded this patch. Still does not work hence why I posted message. Any other ideas

I have installed windows 7 driver for 64bit but still when I hit any help button inside 12D nothing happens.

Why does this not work.

Works on another machine in the office but not on mine or one other.

Tried changing or coping env file and downloading windows 7
Windows6.1-KB917607-x64.msu ...
