Sorry to keep on about this.
If I use CTRL then MB to pan then I have to restart the current command after pans.
Is there a shortcut to slip[ into a pan mode by depressing a key
eg hold down CTRL while dragging MB, then releasing CTRL leaves you in the command state you were in previously?
