Getting symbols into ACAD

Hi
Im a Surveyor,
i am just wondering if anyone can help me regarding 12d v8
I want to find out how to insert different blocks (eg. tree symbols,water meter, etc.) when i export the drawing into ACAD.
Does this have anything to do with the Mapfile or the LabelMapfile?

any advise would be helpful,

Hi

of course Label Map File is an option While Exporting Dwg into Acad. It

Build a Relation between 12d and Acad for Example After Creating a

Auto Map in 12d and u want to Export into Acad by Maintainig 12D Colours

And Line Style you have to Properly Define the Map file and select it

Before Exporting it in to Acad.

Hi Joel,

There is a check box on the export DWG Panel "Use Blocks for point styles". This should create blocks for points that have symbols in 12d.

You can also use a label map file for additional symbol creation if you want.
