Practice Version 9

I downloaded 12D practice version 9 and installed in my computer and sent authorisation email to 12D Solution but I didn't get it back. Does anyone know how to get the practice version 9 work?

Ramesh,

Fill in the auth form again, hit the save button and attach the file and send through to auth@12d.com

Sometimes the email button way does not work.
