All panels only on one screen

Hi All. For some reason all panels are now appearing only on one screen. If I press a letter to remove a model from one view, the panel pops up on the other screen (top left) - does anyone know how to change it so that the panel pops up near the button pressed insetead of defaulting to the other screen?

the Nview Desktop manager can control where dialog boxes are placed, in the Nview Properties under the Tag Windows there is a option to reposition dialog boxes on a Display.
