no f2 dialogue box

no f2 dialogue box

when i do f2 to inquire and then accept on the string I am only getting the model listed in the string inquire box not the full list of properties - what am i missing or haven't got turned on?

Don't accept. Just click (and don't move the mouse.)

Ensure that "I" (for Info) in your Snaps bar is On
