Locked out of all Forums

Hi,
I am locked out of all forums, I have just registed to the forums and included my dongle number, I assume I have maintenance ? Help with this matter promptly would be appreciated

Hi Gareth,

I believe this has been resolved and that you have been granted full access. If you're still having problems, I would recommend logging out of the forums completely, closing and reopening your browser and then logging back in. It may be that your browser is caching the old state.

Everyone please remember that this is a manual process to allow people accesses to the forums and can take up to 1 business day to process.

I am also having the same issue - I checked my account and it seems that it's still waiting for my dongle to be validated.

How long does this take?

I've had the same problem for about two years and have also sent several emails to 12D support team but haven't got any reply.

And about logging back in I am now trying a new machine and still no access.
