Hi,
I am currently boxing a design road which has a couple of exit lanes and struggling to create a boxing layer which splits up where the exit lane separates from the road; ie to end up with 2 boxing layers, one for the main road and one for the exit lane with a gap in between. Can someone please tell me how you would go about doing this.
Thank you!

I hate boxing in 12d with a passion but this website has helped me out numerous times.

if you have design strings representing the finished surface between the exit lane and the thru lane, you should be able to 'copy' them in the boxing template.
however, if the exit and thru lanes are separate control lines, then you should have two separate MTF editors, thus two separate boxing templates.
i hope the videos shed some light on this for you.
