12d Practice Version

Hi I keep trying to get past this stage ie. after set up of project in Introduction to 12d Stage 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=swZJ8ic ... Oo&index=2

and keep getting prompted to fill out Authorization Request Form - which I do but then just closes and can't get any further. I note there is an error in bottom field prepopulated stating "practise.4d: error -200:file does not exist"

No idea what to do...argghhhh

I am pretty new to 12 D, can some one please tell me how would i obtain the existing radius for the existing road on 12 D?

When i am trying to plot the long section of my road design, from the option:

View, plot long section, the plotppf file that i am reading in each shown invalid string name when i am trying to select plot.

If some one can please assist me on this issue will be really thankful to.

Hi Saeika

Can you email me a screen shot of what message you have and what type of string you have selected to plot?
You can use Strings->Inquire (or F2 button) to see what type of string you have.
