I have received the email a couple of times saying I have full access and have read through this thread to check out any other hints and I have followed them all. Would it be possible for admins to resolve the issue? Thanks

Click on register and the terms and conditions page will appear.

You need to agree to the conditions - click on appropriate answer.

The registration form will then appear and please complete.

Once we have this and your dongle number is on maintenance, registration access will be granted.
