Hi,
Just wondering, does 12D have a catchment definer function? Pretty much something that would define a catchment boundary from a point picked on a tin?
I have only ever drawn boundaries in manually or used external software, just wanted to check there wasn't a function in 12D this whole time!
Cheers
Tony
Catchment Definer
Hi Tony,
Currently there is no auto catchment definer function in 12d.
I believe a number of the 12d programmers have spent time trying to solve the issues. But anything they have developed is not available to users, as I believe they couldn't guarantee all the results were correct.
Flat spots and small sag areas with undulating surfaces are all an issue to solve from the triangulation.
Hopefully it's a feature they can add one day.
