Hi,
I am trying to open a legacy project to answer a query on an old design. The project has been archived and when it was downloaded from the cloud it is unable to be opened. The error message is:
ERROR Project <Cross Drainage> does not exist.
Is this due to using an older/newer version or an issue with uploading the entire project folder to the cloud and back?
Thanks

Hi Alan
The cloud service has corrupted the project. It is a common problem. These cloud services are not suitable for storing 12d model projects.
You can try Rebuilding the project.
Project =>Utilities =>Rebuild

I think it may be when the data was copied to the Cloud, the file "Project" was not copied.
Some people/software use a *.* command and of cause that will only copy files with a "." in them.
Any other files are left behind.
