Super Alignment

Hi Guys

I have 2 Super Alignment strings and need to Clip them back and join them

Also seem to be having trouble converting Super Alignment back to Alignment

I guess you would be using these:
Strings =>Create =>Super alignment =>Split

Strings =>Create =>Super alignment =>Join

Is the super_alignment element or IP method type?

Thanks for the 1st 1 the super alignment is element method

The old Alignment string is only an IP method string.... you will loose all your element info.

may be try joining your super_alignments first
edit and delete those element parts you don't want
