Think of an unusual shaped shopping centre carpark with landscaping islands and trolley bays, as well as stormwater pits out in the pavement areas (so these would be localise sag points).
How would you go about doing this in 12d so that this model can be given to surveyors for set-out?
Thanks in advance.

How long is a piece of string........
Something i used to say to my junior designers was "How would you go about designing and setting it out on paper?"
When you've figured out where your control strings will be, and any critical points, now you can start to replicate that in 12d Model.
Your design will probably be a mix of Super Alignments, MTF, and maybe some fudgey breaklines.
