Create Roads Cross-Junction Automatic for subdivision

Hello everyone,
I have a subdivision that includes two types of intersections, T-junction and Cross-junction. See the image attached link google drive
When I used Create Roads function. It works very well for T-junctions, but It does not work for Cross-junctions
I wish the Create Roads function can apply for T-junction and Cross-Junction.
Now, my solution breaks a minor alignment at Cross-junction to aim to become a T-junction. However, this way is not good when you plot a profile for a minor alignment I have to plot twice with two different names

The best way would be to create two alignments that represent the two halves using reference computators. That way, you can still plot the complete one.
