Offset String - Offset Parameters Plot issue

I am trying to plot the Offset String - Offset Parameters within my longitudinal section.

The problem I'm having is the Title labels are not positioning themselves within the Title Box.

within Offset String - Offset Paramaters -> Offset title Y position (mm) I have tried both setting a value and not setting a value(12d manual states if no value set it will position in the centre of the box.

Not setting a value pushes the titles to the top of the box, if two lines shown on is above the box and the second just inside the box.

Setting a value does not seem to work at as the text is in the same position as not setting.

Any help would be appreciated.
