Assuming your using a longplot ppf then you go to the left hand side of the panel where it says section longplot, click on the plus sign and expand it out, come down to the datum area and click on that. You then have the option in the datum are panel of either using a manual datum or letting it choose its own. Click the tick box for manual datum and set it to what you want. As you have asked this question in the practice version of 12d I am not sure if you have all of these options, if not then I might not have helped at all, good luck anyway.
