why it keeps " not existance or no access"?

Dear guys,
you know why every time I want to open "Design or Survey ,... " it keeps going to " The forum you selected does not exist or you do not have access to it" ???!!!
what s d problem?

You now have access.

Please understand that access to the forums requires manual activation, and can take up to 24 - 48 hours to be approved.

If a request is sent on Saturday or Sunday, this wont be processed till the next working day.
