Design Trianulation and water flow path at intersection.

Hi,
I am working in a existing road rehabilitation project. The project include rehabilitation of two "T" intersections.

My question is how do I get design triagulation at the intersections alternatively how do I determine water flow direction at the intersections?

I will really appreciete if any one could help me.
