Locked out...

Hi,

just a query into this lock out situation.. after a week after activating my account & password i am still locked out..? i have read & gone through the solutions which have been offered to others with the same problem but still no good. Any advice? or is my account still being verified??

checked my profile to find a new request for my dongle number, re-entered number which was followed shorty by a verfication email. Logged in again & is all good now

Make sure that you log out and then log back in (Force refresh your login page before attempting to login, ctrl f5). Otherwise your information will not be updated.
